Fit pets for rescues Challenge 2025 is less than 30 days away!

We are less than 30 days away from our 2025 Fit Pets for Rescues (FPR) Challenge and we wanted to let our HPC subscribers and veterinary teams the exciting news!

First off, the relationship between FPR and Healthy Pet Connect is simply that our platform in conjunction with myBalto foundation allows us to now be a sponsor of FPR and hold a nationwide challenge getting pets to their ideal weight while donating to rescues.

    1. We are super excited to already have over $30K in prizes, perks and donations 
        to hold this year's challenge with more on the way!

    2. We will be offering the top 10 selected pilot clinics over $15K in discounts 
        and access to weight management related services and products to help them 
        provide better weight management to at least 10 pets in their care.  

    3. We will be offering $15K in prizes to pet parents like a Litter Robot to weigh
        their pet, smart feeders and Rx pet food to pet parents based on their recruiting,
        app use, social media sharing and other efforts.

    4. New this year is our matching program. FPR will match up to $1000 for each of 10
       pilot clinics of their donations to rescues on behalf of FPR.

    5. We have one pet food company (and others interested) to donate their food and  
        our  HPC scale for one pet for the 8 week challenge.

     6. Our app & veterinary dashboard will be re-launched this week with MANY
        new  features including alterts & notifications, improved food calculators and social
        sharing features.
